  • Sales / Business Developer

    Our young company is seeking an external sales consultant with proven track record to promote & sell our Workforce Management Solutions. The qualifying candidate should have a good technical understanding of information technology with good presentation, communication & administrative skills. It is also essential that the ideal candidate have honed sales tactics with the necessary “HUNTER” approach in order to close the deal. Industry experience (Time & Attendance, Access control & CCTV) is advantageous but not critical. If you believe you have the necessary attributes to fulfill the vacancy, please get in touch with us.

    Confident on personal and professional level, Strong communicator. Telesales and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections (Persistent). Good administration ability with a focus on Attention to detail, flexible, quick learner/self starter, proactive & committed. Good time management skills and a capacity to deal with clients on a corporate level.

    Experience in tele-sales and proven success in this field
    Experience in a sales consultant role and proven success in this field.
    Administration experience and ability.
    PC literacy (Windows 7/10, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point).

    The sales consultant will be required to Prospect/Cold Canvas to gain appointments for himself. They would need to maintain a comprehensive client database (CRM) with all prospect information. They would need to be involved in follow ups to prospective/existing clients. Represent, liaison and communications hub for the branch. Coordinate his sales administrative requirements and submissions. Demonstrate & present products & services to prospective clients & close deals based on the set targets.

    Must have own reliable transport
    Must have a valid drivers license
    Must have an active cellphone
